eagle fishelite-502c-igps

Single Frequency Sonar Plus Color GPS

The Eagle FishElite 502C iGPS is a single frequency fishfinder GPS combo with a built-in GPS antenna. Single frequency fish finders can account for 80% of inshore fishing requirements. A dual frequency upgrade makes sense for deepwater and down rigger use. The relevant part number is #116-23.

Display
The 5 inch display supports 320 pixels by 240 pixels resolution. This is a 256 color LCD and can be programmed for best viewing. Different backlighting levels may be set.

Fish Finder
The sonar unit operates on a single frequency of 200 kHz. The single frequency Skimmer transducer projects a cone angle of 20°. Sonar power output is 1500 W peak to peak or 188 W RMS. A maximum depth of 100 feet can be achieved with optimal water conditions, transducer installation, and sonar settings.

Fish Finder Features
Set audible alarms to alert for shallow water, deepwater, or fish activity. The sonar will automatically range to the bottom and track it unless set otherwise. It will also do so while in zoom mode. The split screen allows a separate zoom view. Surface water temperature can be measured using the inbuilt temperature sensor on the transducer.

GPS Receiver
This unit is fitted with an internal 12 channel GPS antenna receiver with WAAS capability.

Memory
Load custom maps from memory cards into 1 GB of mapping memory. One memory card slot is provided for MMC or SD cards. GPS coordinates and sonar records can be stored on these cards for use elsewhere. Built-in memory stores user settings and sonar data also.

Built In Maps
Navigate your boat using the built-in Eagle map which displays medium level detail about coastal areas, Great Lakes, and inland metro areas and highways. 60,000 navigational aids are included, and 10,000 wrecks or obstructions can also be observed on coastal and Great Lakes waters.

GPS Features
Audible alarms alert for destination arrivals, off course, and anchor settings. Zoom right into your maps from birds eye view of 4000 miles down to 0.02 miles. Save up to 1000 waypoints, 1000 events, 100 groups and 10 plot trails. Up to 10 different languages are available.

Installation
10 to 15 V DC are required for installation. The unit size is 5.4 inches high by 6.9 inches wide by 3.4 inches deep. It's waterproof and suitable for saltwater fishing.

Relevant Product Numbers
The standard part number is #116-23 with GPS receiver antenna and transducer included.
