Single Frequency Sonar Plus Color GPS

The Eagle FishElite 640c is a single frequency sonar GPS chart plotter with a color display unit. Easily expand capabilities by adding maps. View in several different modes for example side-by-side GPS and sonar, or sonar and split screen zoom view. The relevant part number is #123-28.

Display
Watch fish images closely in this high resolution 640 pixel by 480 pixel 5 inch screen. This TFT LCD displays 256 colors. An adjustable backlight supports nighttime screen and keypad use.

Fish Finder
This sonar operates with a single frequency of 200 kHz and a cone angle of 20°. With a power output of 1500 W peak-to-peak or 188 W RMS a depth of up to 800 feet or 244 m can be achieved. Maximum depth will depend on fresh water or saltwater, a good sonar installation, and optimized sonar settings.

Fish Finder Features
Set the sonar for alerts like shallow water, deepwater, or fish activity. Make navigational tasks easier by setting the sonar to track the bottom automatically. This can be done also in zoom view. The transducer has a built-in temperature sensor for tracking water temperature easily.

GPS Receiver
The GPS antenna is external to the unit. The GPS components in the 640 C provides for 12 satellite channel coverage with parallel processing. This unit is further enhanced through WAAS capability, which when active increases accuracy considerably.

Memory
Store up to 1 GB of maps which can be imported to an MMC card or SD card. GPS coordinates and sonar records can be transferred from the unit through the use of data cards. User settings will be stored in memory.

Built In Maps
The Eagle standard map contains a 60,000 navigational aids and 10,000 coastal and Great Lakes wrecks and obstructions. Continental US and Hawaii metro areas and selected highways are also displayed.

GPS Features
The GPS can save up to 1000 waypoints, 1000 event markers, 100 routes, and 10 plot trails. Set audible alarms to alert for destination arrival, off course indication, and anchor settings. Zoom into the map from a 4000 mile perspective down to 0.02 miles of detail.

Installation
10 to 15 V DC voltages required to power the unit. The device dimensions are 5.4 inches high by 6 x 9 inches wide by 3.4 inches deep. The outer case is sealed, it is waterproof, it is ready for saltwater.
