Humminbird 595c Combo Fish Finder GPS Single Frequency Sonar Plus Color GPSHumminbird 595c Combo is a single frequency sonar GPS combo which offers a 256 color display and a high 320 x 240 resolution. The transducer and GPS antenna are included. This GPS sonar is expandable through the addition of cartography via MMC and SD memory cards.
Display
The LCD offers 256 colors with a high resolution of 320 vertical pixels by 240 horizontal pixels. The display size is 5 inches when measured diagonally. A backlight is accessible through the menu when you press and hold the power light button.
Fish Finder
This single frequency fishfinder transmits at 200 kHz with a cone angle of 20° at -10 DB. It has a depth capability of 1000 feet when everything is set up correctly and water conditions are right. Most sonar will penetrate freshwater more deeply than saltwater. A single beam transducer is included, with a part number XHS 9 20 T.
Fish Finder Features
A temperature sensor is included in the transducer. This unit includes a depth alarm, a fish ID alarm, a low battery alarm, and a surface temperature alarm. Some fishermen prefer a real-time sonar to interpret returning echoes. Real-time sonar updates at up to 40 times per second. A split screen allows the user to choose a section of water to zoom in on which is then viewable on the other half of the screen. NMEA sentences can be sent from the unit.
GPS Receiver
A 16 channel external GPS receiver scans up to 16 satellites and determines the most suitable coordinates to report. It also scans for WAAS and EGNOS signals, which significantly improve accuracy when available.
Memory
A memory card slot is installed to map upgrade maps from third-party cartographers. Built-in memory saves user settings when the unit is powered down.
Built In Maps
A built-in 4 nautical-mile Unimap shows US coastline, and lake details.
GPS Features
All your favorite alarms are ready to be set up, e.g. off course alarm, arrival alarm, and anchor drift alarm.
Installation
Voltage input of 10 to 20 V DC will be needed. When placed on the tilt and swivel mount this unit measures 7 inches high by 7/4 inches wide by 4 inches deep. The amount is equipped with a quick disconnect for easier installation and removal. |
