Lowrance LCX 28C HD Fish Finder GPS 7 Inch Display And Hard DriveThe Lowrance LCX-28C HD brings marine electronics to a new high with the addition of hard drive technology. Serious coastal and inland fishermen will appreciate the features, connectivity, and range of options offered by this new fish finder GPS device. High precision sonar and navigation measurements are possible using dual frequency sonar and 12 channel WAAS GPS.
Display This full VGA 7 inch screen is loaded with 16-bit color and a high resolution of 480 vertical pixels by 640 horizontal pixels. An adjustable backlight is available for low light or nighttime use.
Fish Finder Different frequency options are available, which consist of a single frequency unit operating at 200 kHz or a dual frequency unit operating at 200 kHz and 50 kHz. The maximum achievable depth is 3000 feet using the 50 kHz dual frequency option. The unit will output up to 1000 W RMS or 8000 W peak to peak. A single or a dual frequency skimmer transducer maybe supplied depending on purchase options. Also, for units not supplied with a speed sensor, GPS speed information may be used instead.
GPS Receiver The standard GPS antenna receiver supplied with the LCX 28c uses 12 parallel channels to collect satellite signals for your GPS fish finder unit. The LGC 3000 receiver antenna can be supplied depending on your purchase option. Note that some purchase options below will not include the antenna receiver and will be priced accordingly.
Memory This unit has a 30 GB hard drive. Two memory card slots are available for MMC or SD data cards and both can be used simultaneously.
Built In Maps The 30 GB hard drive is preloaded with high detailed custom maps including NauticPath USA coastal, Fishing Hotspots Pro inland, and MapCreate USA series 7.
Features Along with standard features like sonar depth and fish alarms, and GPS position and drift alarms expand your connectivity choices using one or more protocols like NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183, Ethernet, and Lowrance radar connectivity. Supports up to 1000 waypoints, 1000 event markers, up to 100 routes and 100 plot trails.
Installation This unit requires a nominal 12 V DC power source. The unit dimensions are approximately 9.7 inches wide by 7.3 inches tall by 5.2 inches deep. The unit is designed to be waterproof.
