Portable Ice Machine

The M68C S/Map IceMachine is operates quite similarly to the M68C except that a different transducer is supplied for ice fishing. The transducer, a carrying case, and a rechargeable power pack are included within the PPP 15 package supplied with the Ice Machine. This unit can be used in ice flasher mode. The M68C can double as a watercraft fishfinder during the summer months providing a skimmer transducer is installed.

Display
The color display has a resolution of 160 pixels by 240 pixels. The screen size when measured diagonally is 3.5 inches. Back lighting is provided with an LED.

Fish Finder
The sonar operates at 200 kHz using a single frequency ice fishing transducer. 800 W peak to peak and 100 W RMS power is transmitted. A depth of 600 feet or 180 m can be reached depending on water conditions and correct transducer installation.

Fish Finder Features
The m68 will automatically track bottom contours, and can be set to track a zoomed section on a split screen. Set your audible alarms for deep or shallow water and fish activity detection. Surface water temperature is tracked using the built-in sensor on the transducer. The unit offers 10 different languages to choose from.

GPS Receiver
The GPS receiver and antenna are installed internally and every second receive up to 12 parallel GPS channels with WAAS capability.

Built In Maps
The standard Lowrance map is built in, offering medium detail USA coverage.

GPS Features
The GPS stores up to 1000 waypoints and 1000 event marker icons. Up to 100 routes and 10 plot trails may be saved. The man overboard will pinpoint a geographic location to return to and the navigation data required to get there. An audible alarm alerts you for off-course, destination, and anchor drift conditions. Map zoom range is from 0.02 miles to 4000 miles.

Installation
This model takes between 10 and 17 V DC power when not hooked up to the rechargeable power source. The current drain will be 170 ma normally, and with the lights on 240 ma. The overall dimensions of the fish-finder-GPS unit are 5.8 inches high by 4.3 inches wide by 2.5 inches deep.
