Display
Vivid images are standard with this 256 color display. Measuring 5 inches diagonally the resolution is 320 x 240 pixels. The screen can be adjusted to varying degrees of brightness depending on ambient lighting conditions. Select programmable options for improved viewing.
Fish Finder
The sonar frequencies are 50 kHz and 200 kHz making this a dual frequency fishfinder with cone angles of 35° and 12° respectively. Output power is 1500 W peak to peak or 188 W RMS. This sonar is designed for depth readings down to 1500 feet or 450 m depending on depth finder set up, transducer setup, and optimal water conditions.
Features
This fishfinder can range automatically, track the bottom, and track in zoom mode too. A split screen is included for improved viewing and evaluation of bottom conditions or fish interpretation. Surface temperature readings are output through a temperature sensor in the transducer. Distance and speed are output if the optional speed sensor is installed. Audible alarms signal on shallow water, deep water, and fish activity. Sonar records can be saved using built-in backup memory. A choice of 10 different languages is inbuilt.
Installation
Input power between 10 and 15 V DC is required. The installed size will be 5.4 inches high by 6.9 inches wide by 3.4 inches deep. This sonar device is designed to be waterproof and ideal for salt water with the advantage of having a low operational frequency for deep salt water use.
