Garmin Fishfinder 90 Fish Finder Entry-Level SonarThe fish finder 90 is very similar to the fish finder 140 but without some optional hardware that can make installation easier and usage more effective.
Display The Garmin Fish Finder 90 diagonal size is 3.9 inches or 9.9 cm. The monochrome display is 2 inches wide by 3.3 inches high with 64 pixels wide and 128 pixels high. The display is backlit and can be cycled through off, low, and high.
Fish Finder Outputting 100 W RMS or 800 W peak to peak this depth finder reads to 600 feet max depth. Frequency operation is at 80 kHz and 200 kHz.
Features The Garmin 90 can auto track the bottom or depth can be set manually. There is sensitivity control. An audible alarm can be set for shallow water, and a specific depth. An alarm will sound when the battery has reached a high state of discharge.
Installation This unit requires a nominal DC voltage of 12 V at 0.15 amps with an input specification of 10 to 18 V DC. The maximum power draw is specified at 3.5 W.
Fish Finder Models A transducer and power cable and mount is included. The Garmin part number for the Fishfinder 90 is 010-00459-00. The tilt mount bracket is included but not the swivel mount. The swivel mount is installed beneath the tilt to allow the unit to rotate from side to side.
