This 535 Portable Humminbird is equipped with a 5 inch display monitor measured diagonally across. 535 models have a screen resolution of 320 vertical pixels by 320 horizontal pixels. With 12 levels of grayscale the 535 is LED backlit.
Fish Finder
The Humminbird 535 portable sonar unit as a power output of 250 W RMS and 2000 W peak to peak. It achieves the depth of 800 feet maximum depending on water conditions and transducer installation quality. The single frequency sonar operates at 200 kHz and has a coverage area of 20° at -10 DB. Due to the nature of the portability of the 535 the transducer attachment is the suction cup type single beam XPT 9 20 T.
Features
This single beam unit displays one sonar frequency with the option to zoom in on signals of interest. To zoom function as a split screen where the area of interest is highlighted on the right and is zoomed view is shown on the left.
Various alerts are included and can be set for shallow water, fish activity, and low battery power.
Installation
The 535 portable needs power input of 10 to 20 V DC, but this unit is primarily a portable unit and is designed to provide its own power with the portable rechargeable battery pack. An onboard power supply is not necessary. When mounted in its bracket the overall dimensions will be 7 inches high by 7 1/4 inches wide by 4 inches deep. Like other 500 series units this depth finder is designed to float according to specifications.
