Expandable 737

The Humminbird 737 fishing system can take inputs from external instrumentation like GPS barometric pressure monitor, and wireless sonar. It is also fitted with a memory card reader to save underwater imaging or display optional cartography along with GPS readings.

Display
The display is the standard 700 series 5 inch monochrome with 640 vertical pixels and 320 horizontal pixels. This display has 16 levels of gray scale with adjustable backlighting for night fishing.

Fish Finder
This unit is enabled with QuadraBeam sonar and DualBeam Plus sonar right out-of-the-box. DualBeam Plus allows separate viewing of different coverage areas. In this case the dual beam refers to the 200 kHz and 83 kHz signal which points straight down from the transducer at 20° and 60° respectively at -10 DB. The maximum depth of this combined beam is 1500 feet. QuadraBeam refers to the side viewing 455 kHz signals, which reach a coverage area of 90° and have a maximum depth capability of only 160 feet.

Features
The feature-rich Humminbird 737 provides cartography options and expandable connectivity options worthy of a loaded machine, with the wide beam and GPS optional capability. This unit can also handle third-party Navionics Gold and hot maps cartography. Real-time sonar with digital flasher view, PC connection, large digit display, zoom controls are other enticing features on the 737.

Installation
10 to 20 V DC are acquired for power input. A tilt and swivel bracket is included which when fitted to the depth finder device is 6.9 inches wide by 7.7 inches high by 4.5 inches deep.
