The Humminbird 777C2 improves on the 747C with twice the pixel resolution on the color display. This color display has 640 vertical pixels and 480 horizontal pixels. This 777 also includes network features for added sensors, and while a temperature sensor is normally packaged a speed sensor is also packaged with this unit.

DisplayThis TFT color display is 5 inches diagonally in size. It is 256 colors which are sunlight viewable and optimized for hemispherical viewing. This color fishfinder display has 640 vertical pixels and 480 horizontal pixels. The backlight is adjustable for night fishing and low light conditions.

Fish FinderThe 777 C2 depth finder has a power output of 500 W RMS and 4000 W peak to peak. The operating frequency is 83 kHz and 200 kHz with a coverage area of 60° and 20° respectively at -10 DB. A transom mount transducer is included.

FeaturesData from an existing handheld GPS can be streamed into the 777 C2 using an optional connector. Although GPS receiver hardware is not included, GPS software functionality is available. A connected handheld GPS will allow the unit to show position, mark hotspots and waypoints.

Others like wireless sonar, and barometric pressure sensors can be connected also. A PC connection can be made to save waypoints and to upgrade the software within the fishfinder unit. Real-time sonar signals may be observed using either the digital flasher display or the real-time display column on the right hand side of the display.

InstallationThis unit needs 10 to 20 V DC power input. The unit is supplied with a tilt and swivel, mounting bracket for installation. The overall dimensions with the bracket are 6.9 inches wide by 7.7 inches high by 4.5 inches deep. The unit itself is designed to be waterproof.
