Deep Salt Water Downrigger Tracking

The Lowrance X515C DF and X510C are similar in operation but differ in capabilities because of different installed transducers. The 515C is a dual frequency unit used in deep water.

Display
The Lowrance X515C DF uses a a 16-bit color TFT display with a 5.0 inch diagonal viewing area, 480 pixels by 480 pixels with programmable viewing preferences. The screen and keypad are backlit with a white LED.

Fish Finder
The X515 C DF has a depth capability of 2500 feet or 762 m under 4000 W peak to peak power or 500 W RMS power. The packaged dual frequency Skimmer transducer has 35° or 12° cone angles pulsing at 50 kHz and 200 kHz respectively.

Features
Readings are continuously displayed with bottom tracking and zoom bottom tracking. Split screen zoom enables viewing from different perspectives. A surface temperature sensor is included but speed-readings are optional and require an additional speed-reading sensor. The unit operates in 10 different languages.

Installation
10 to 15 V DC power source is required. Casing dimensions are 5.4 inches high by 6.9 inches wide by 3.4 inches deep. The case is sealed and specified waterproof and suitable for saltwater use.
