Eagle IntelliMap 500C GPS Color GPS Chart PlotterEagle IntelliMap 500c is a color display GPS unit with WAAS capability. The GPS receiver antenna is an external component which can be placed optimally on the vessel. A memory slot is available for data storage, and custom map use.
GPS
The 12 channel GPS receiver antenna unit is mounted externally, which offers flexible positioning and clarity of satellite readings. The GPS unit is WAAS capable.
Display
The display is 5 inches when measured diagonally. It is a color TFT LCD which is programmable for best viewing. The screen resolution is 320 pixels by 240 pixels. The screening keypad are backlit and different lighting levels can be selected.
Memory
1 GB of mapping memory is built in. And MMC slot which is SD card compatible allows for trip recording, third-party map display, or custom maps.
Built In Maps
Built-in Lowrance GPS maps provide detailed views of continental USA and Hawaii. Over 60,000 navigational aids can be viewed. 10,000 wrecks and obstructions in US coastal and Great Lakes waters are identified.
Waypoints and Routes
For those that like to set a lot of waypoints up to 1000 waypoints are available and 1000 event markers can be used. 42 event markers symbols are installed. 100 routes can be stored with up to 100 waypoints per route. 10 plot trails can be saved with up to 10,000 points per trail.
More Features
Select 40 zoom ranges by pressing the zoom button and going from 0.02 to 4000 miles views. Custom maps may be added to the MMC or SD cards. Boaters can select from 10 different languages.
Installation
10 to 15 V DC of input power are required. A current drain off 700ma will occur when the lights are on. The case size is 5.4 inches high by 6.9 inches wide by 3.4 inches deep. |
