Compact Case - Full Featured

The Garmin GPSMAP 3005C is a compact GPS map display instrument with similar features as units twice the price. Full Garmin Marine network capabilities are built in. Upgrade to 3-D charts easily by installing BlueChart G2 data cards. The standard Garmin product number is 010-00402-00

GPS
The GPS receives 12 channels in parallel and is a WAAS capable, differential ready receiver. Standard GPS technology will resolve coordinates to an accuracy of 49 feet. Using differential signals an accuracy of 10 feet can be expected.

Antenna
The Garmin GPS 17 remote antenna may be installed in optimal deck areas.

Display
The display measures 4 inches wide by 3.0 inches high and 5 inches diagonally. This small 256 color screen has a high pixel count with 640 horizontal pixels and 480 vertical pixels. The backlight is fully adjustable.

Built In Maps
A built-in base map is included with this GPS product

Waypoints and Routes
Save up to 4000 waypoints and 50 routes.

Installation
The GPS acceptance of power source off 10 to 30 V DC and power usage of up to 12 W at 10 V DC. The size of the unit is 4.7 inches high by 7.8 inches wide by 3 inches deep. It weighs 1.8 pounds. It is fully waterproof to IPX7.
