GPS
The 3010C GPS receiver is a 12 channel parallel receiver. Because each channel works in parallel much faster position resolutions are possible. Inferior technology uses fewer channels or may resolve different satellites signals in series. GPS accuracy is approximately 49 feet, although once WAAS is active that accuracy increases to 10 feet.

Antenna
Position your remote antenna in the most optimal location on your boat. The Garmin GPS 17 will be included as part of the GPS system.

Display
The 3010C is quite a large GPS screen measuring 8.3 inches wide by 6.2 inches high and 10.4 inches diagonally. The 256 color TFT display has a resolution of 640 pixels across and 480 pixels high. It is fitted with a fully adjustable backlight.

Memory
The 3010C doesn't have the ability to store maps and memory. They must be loaded from a Garmin data card.

Built In Maps
Although a base map is built in, there are no special maps preloaded onto this unit.

Waypoints and Routes
Load up to 4000 waypoints and 50 routes.

Installation
Supply this GPS units with 10 to 33 V DC and using a maximum power off 25 W. The dimensions of the 3010C are 8.8 inches high by 13.1 inches wide by 3.0 inches deep. The casing is fully waterproof to IPX7.
