Humminbird 955 Chartplotter GPS Ultra Wide Display & Precision GPS Chartplotting The Humminbird 955c Chart plotter is ideal for those that want the extra wide display and high precision GPS signals. The 8 inch screen and 800 horizontal pixels has been specially constructed with wide viewing requirements. Upgrade navigational abilities using optional third-party maps if desired, through the external memory card slots.
GPS
This is a 16 channel external receiver antenna capable of receiving GPS, WAAS, and EGNOS.
Display
This is an 8 inch display when measured diagonally. The resolution is 480 vertical pixels by 800 horizontal pixels. Clear images can be observed with 256 different colors.
Memory
Memory card slot will accept either MMC or SD cards to allow for optional mapping software.
Built In Maps
A built-in map displays US coastal areas, rivers and waterways. Each screen pixel equates to 30 meters on the built-in map.
Waypoints and Routes
3000 waypoints can be stored, 50 routes, and 50 tracks.
More Features
The 955C will communicate on a Humminbird network and can output NMEA 0183 data to other devices.
Installation
The unit size is 11 1/4 inches wide by 6 3/4 inches high by for a quarter inches deep when mounted on the included gimbal bracket. |
