The GlobalMap 7300c HD Chart plotter includes a 30 GB hard drive which has high detailed GPS maps preinstalled. These maps can easily be displayed on the 7 inch screen using full 16-bit color. Display highly accurate GPS/WAAS coordinates streaming from the externally mounted GPS receiver antenna.

GPS
The GPS receiver antenna unit is model number LGC 3000 and is mounted externally. It is a 12 channel receiver with WAAS capability for ultra fine navigation.

Display
The 7300C display is a 7 inch screen when measured diagonally. 16-bit color is available on this TFT full VGA screen. The screen resolution is 480 vertical pixels by 640 horizontal pixels. Backlighting assists boaters and fishermen in darkness.

Memory
Two memory slots are available in either one can be used are both at the same time to load or transfer data. For those that need third-party maps installed, memory cards would be used for this purpose.

Built In Maps
Lowrance GlobalMap hard drive models have high detailed nautical maps already installed. Although you can also use Navionics charts via a Navionics card, these are highly detailed maps, which should suffice for most needs.

Waypoints and Routes
You can never have enough waypoints and events markers, that's why the 7300C has up to 1000 waypoints and 1000 marker symbols. Up to a hundred routes and 100 plot trails can be saved with 10,000 points per trail.

More Features
NMEA 2000 networkable devices can be connected to the 7300C. The rear side Ethernet connection allows even greater expandability, and read up on advanced features like radar overlay. Connect to radar using one of the two NMEA 0183 serial ports at the rear of the unit.
