Lowrance iFINDER H2O GPS Monochrome Display Fishing GPSThe Lowrance iFINDER H20 is designed for boaters who would like a GPS input data stream or those that like a backup unit. It is a 12 channel unit with a monochrome display and built-in maps. Data transfer is possible through a memory slot and optional serial cable. Optional third-party maps can be added.
GPS
The 12 parallel channel receiver is internal to the unit. WAAS capability can be used. External antennas are optional.
Antenna
This is a 3 V DC active antenna.
Display
This monochrome display is 3 inches when measured diagonally. The resolution is 240 pixels by 180 pixels. A white LED provides backlighting.
Memory
512 MB of mapping memory are built-in. Additionally, memory cards can be added to include third-party maps or to store GPS data for later transfer. Updates can be installed through the cards.
Built In Maps
A medium level detail Lowrance map is built in which displays US interstates and highways, exits, and waterways. The inbuilt low-level worldwide map displays cities and major waterways.
Waypoints and Routes
1000 waypoints can be recorded and 1000 event marker icons can be used. 42 different icons are available for use. 100 routes can be saved with up to 100 waypoints in each route.
More Features
A precise reading can be taken using the man overboard feature which captures an exact position and displays it automatically. Audible alarms can be set for destination points and drift while at anchor.
Installation
Two 1.5 V AA batteries are used to power unit. Batteries are not included. The batteries will suffice for up to 12 hours of use with one-second updates. A power adapter, which plugs into a cigarette lighter is included. The overall case dimensions are 5.6 inches high by 2.5 inches wide by 0.9 inches deep. With batteries installed the weight is 8.48 ounces. |
