Lowrance iFINDER Hunt C GPS Color Display Hunting GPSThe Lowrance iFINDER HUNT C is primarily designed for hunters but can certainly play dual roles for fishing outings and position finding and recordings. A rugged device enclosed in a camo waterproof housing.
Display
The display is 2.62 inches when measured diagonally. The screen resolution is 240 pixels bytes 160 pixels. A white LED provides backlighting for night viewing and low light conditions.
GPS
This receiver has 16 parallel GPS channels + WAAS, which updates every second. Antenna voltage is 3 V DC.
Memory
Onboard memory is 1 GB. A memory slots inside the battery compartment also accepts third-party MMC or SD memory cards. GPS trip details can be recorded. GPS custom maps can be displayed from the memory card. Navionics charts can be displayed. Up to 1 GB of mapping memory is allowed.
Built In Maps
A Lowrance custom map is already built in. This map is a low detailed world map containing cities major rivers and lakes and territory boundaries. The built-in United States map (included) contains all incorporated cities, interstate highway details, and large and medium streams and lakes.
Waypoints and Routes
Up to 2000 waypoints can be stored and 1000 event marker icons. There are 42 included icons with 17 hunting specific ones. 99 trails can be saved with up to 9999 points per each trail.
More Features
A man overboard feature marks the position location using a special icon and displays navigation information to the position. Audible off-course and anchor-alarms are built in. A serial communications port can output navigational data to a PC or marine electronics device using an optional serial cable available separately.
Installation
This is a portable device which uses two 1.5 AA batteries. If one second position updates are used, battery life is 12 hours. A cigarette lighter power adapter is included. The unit size is 5.6 inches high by 2.5 inches wide by 0.9 inches deep and is waterproof to IPX-7 standards. Unit weight with batteries is 8.48 ounces. |
