Lowrance iFINDER Hunt GPS Monochrome Display Hunting GPSThe iFINDER Hunt uses a monochrome display to show navigational data on this 12 channel receiver. Lowrance installed maps can be displayed with high definition. Perfect for hunting and fishing. iFinder Hunt C is the color version of this model.
GPS
The receiver is internal to 12 parallel channels including WAAS. An external antenna is optional.
Antenna
Uses a 3 V DC antenna.
Display
This is a 3 inch monochrome display when measured diagonally with high contrast. It has a resolution of 240 pixels by 180 pixels. A white LED backlight is ideal for night operations.
Memory
Onboard memory is 512 MB. Additionally, third-party and MC or SD memory cards can be installed in the battery compartment. Memory cards can be used for recording GPS coordinates, displaying custom maps, adding new software, and transferring data to a PC. Third-party charts are accepted using memory cards with the ability to search points of interest and services.
Built In Maps
A built-in Lowrance map is included with medium detail maps of the United States. State highways and interstate highways and exits are displayed. Large and medium-size waterways are displayed. The Lowrance map also includes worldwide coverage in low detailed maps, which contained cities major lakes, rivers, and boundaries.
Waypoints and Routes
2000 waypoints can be stored and 1000 event marker icons can be used. There are 42 installed icons. But to 100 routes with up to 100 waypoints each can be stored. 99 plot trails are savable with up to 9999 points per trail.
More Features
Man overboard feature is useful for boating trips. Other boating features include off-course alarms, the destination alarm, and anchor alarm. Raw real-time data can be transferred to another device or computer using a serial port with optional serial cable.
Installation
This GPS uses two 1.5 V AA batteries which operate for up to 12 hours while one second updates are in use. The unit sizes 5.6 inches high by 2.5 inches wide by 0.9 inches deep. It is water resistance to IPX2. The overall weight with batteries is 8.48 ounces. |
